Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Avyafoods.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation Rights
- You have the right to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, without giving any reason.
- No cancellation will be possible if the products have already been shipped from our facility.
- To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

2. Cancellation Fees
- Please note that a 4% fee on the total transaction value will be deducted for payment gateway charges on all eligible cancellations. This fee covers the non-refundable charges incurred by us for processing your initial payment.
3. Refunds (for eligible cancellations)
- If your cancellation is eligible as per the above conditions, we will reimburse you no later than 9 working days from the day we receive your cancellation request.
- We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, other than the 4% cancellation fee mentioned above.c
4. Conditions for Returns (Limited)
Given the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, our return policy is highly restricted.
- All food products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances once opened, unsealed, or if their original packaging is tampered with. This is due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Returns are not accepted for goods whose expiry date is over.
- Returns are not accepted for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Returns are not accepted for goods that, by their nature, deteriorate rapidly (e.g., fresh sweets, certain savories).
- Returns are not accepted for goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Only goods that are damaged during transit and reported immediately upon delivery with photographic proof may be considered for a resolution (replacement or refund) at our sole discretion.
- If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. Claims made after this period or without sufficient evidence may not be entertained.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Only regular-priced goods may be refunded for eligible cancellations. Unfortunately, goods on sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
6. Returning Goods (Applicable only if specifically requested by Avyafoods in rare cases of dispute)
- If, in a rare specific circumstance, we request you to return a product, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
7. Gifts
- If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received (if applicable and requested by us), a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
